1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

typebyline offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied with Typebyline, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout. You can also email us at support@typebyline.com and we will help arrange the refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

3. Renewals

To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel your subscription before the renewal date from your account settings or via paddle.net. If you are charged unexpectedly on a renewal, contact us — we will review the situation in good faith.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation you will keep access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.

5. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to billing and handles returns and refunds on behalf of typebyline.
